2025.10.7 Our company successfully completed the full-ship camera installation and commissioning for the container ship "Rose Wood". This ship mainly operates on the Asia-Europe route, and long-term faces complex marine environments such as high salt spray, strong vibration, and large day-night temperature differences, which put forward high requirements for the stability and adaptability of security equipment. After installation and testing, our cameras have been officially put into use and are currently operating in good condition.

Based on the experience of the "Rose Wood" project and similar projects, the demands of container ships for cameras mainly focus on three aspects:

Environmental adaptability: Must withstand high salt spray, strong ultraviolet rays, temperature differences of -30℃~60℃, and continuous vibration during ship navigation to avoid equipment corrosion, lens fogging or hardware failure;

Functional targeting: Need to cover cargo hold door monitoring (to prevent cargo theft or misoperation), deck personnel activity monitoring (to ensure operation safety), and shipboard anti-piracy monitoring (supporting night infrared night vision and motion detection alarm). It must also be compatible with the ship's existing communication system to realize real-time data transmission;

Compliance and stability: The equipment must comply with the relevant security standards of the IMO (International Maritime Organization) and have the ability to operate without failure for a long time (requiring an annual failure rate of less than 1%) to reduce maintenance costs during ship navigation.
