Xi'an Kaidun Tech Empowers Indonesian Maritime Safety: Intelligent Surveillance System Installed on M/V SAVIR TIGER

In July 2025, Xi'an Kaidun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. completed the installation and commissioning of a custom-built intelligent security surveillance system for Indonesian-flagged crude oil tanker "SAVIR TIGER" in Indonesia, marking the successful entry of Chinese marine intelligent monitoring technology into the high-end Southeast Asian shipping market.

The delivered equipment is engineered for high-risk operational scenarios of crude oil tankers, integrating DNV-certified 24/7 real-time video monitoring modules and liquid level telemetry systems. It enables full-time intelligent monitoring of ship-shore interface operations and cargo tank level changes. Equipped with AI algorithms, the system automatically identifies hazardous behaviors such as "unprotected helmet use" and "unauthorized hot work," while providing real-time alerts for potential risks like oil spills and pipeline abnormalities—improving response efficiency by 80% compared to traditional manual inspections, and fully complying with MEPC international maritime environmental and safety regulations.

M/V SAVIR TIGER (IMO: 9388730), owned by Indonesia's renowned shipping enterprise PT Buana Listya Tama Tbk., is a core vessel for crude oil transportation in Southeast Asia. A representative of the shipowner stated: "Kaidun's system addresses the industry pain points of 'monitoring blind spots' and 'response delays' in tanker operations, with stability performance exceeding expectations in the equatorial high-temperature and high-humidity environment."

A Kaidun executive noted that this collaboration represents another breakthrough following the company's domestic river sand mining vessel monitoring projects. Leveraging experience from the Indonesian project, Kaidun will further develop integrated "intelligent monitoring + data traceability" solutions to support safety and compliance for shipping enterprises along the Belt and Road.
